Reflecting now on our time working together I don’t think their has ever been a request that I have made that Lisa has not been able to supply or support a solution. Last week I handed Lisa a curve ball and she rang me on Monday to say she had been working on a solution over the weekend contacting people and has come up with a perfect solution for me and my work colleagues, who are extremely happy.

Lisa is a very organised person, her attention to detail is excellent and I would like to describe her as a bit of a perfectionist as she always insists that things are done correctly and in line with timescales and compliance requirements. On a personal level I have found Lisa to be a real confidant and know that I can have a very open and frank discussion with her and have never doubted that the conversation would not be confidential.
